We’re looking for an MRI Commercial (PMX-7) expert to own the full NNN recovery process within MRI—eliminating Excel-based reconciliations and driving accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Configure NNN Recovery Escrow, expense pools, and recovery charge codes in MRI
• Run estimated, billed, and actual NNN recovery calculations
• Generate tenant reconciliation and recovery letters directly from MRI
• Interpret lease language for CAM, tax, and insurance recoveries
• Resolve variances and support tenant inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
• Advanced, hands-on MRI Commercial (PMX-7) experience
• Strong knowledge of NNN, CAM, tax, and insurance recoveries
• Proven ability to complete recoveries fully within MRI (no Excel dependency)
• Commercial real estate experience required
• Process-improvement mindset preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant, hands-on MRI software experience
