Your main tasks and responsabilities are:* **Optimization** of current maintenance **process** for LTA aircrafts* Provide shop floor support in order to **solve issues during maintenance process. (mechanical and structural repair).*** Work with the **Material Review Board** (MRB). Disposition to defects (structural ones).* **Collaboration with technical design office** to provide solution to **structural repairs**.* To be part of **multi functional team**, to solve all issues come up in MRO.* Manufacturing structure and process, associated **domunentation** (work order, technical instruction, job card…), updated process.* Assess and adapt **new technologies** to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.* Product configuration awareness.* Future business requirements.**SKILLS**We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:* **Education:** degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.* **Experience** in Manufacturing or MRO will be possitive evaluated. At least 5 -10 years of experience in technical areas (Manufacturing engineering or design).
