Senior / MRTPI Town Planner – Cardiff

We’re partnering with a highly regarded planning consultancy in Cardiff that is looking to appoint an MRTPI Town Planner to strengthen their growing Welsh planning team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, regeneration, and mixed-use developments throughout South Wales and beyond.

The Role

  • Managing planning applications from inception through to determination
  • Leading on planning strategy and providing expert advice to clients
  • Preparing and reviewing planning statements, appeals, and supporting documentation
  • Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Mentoring junior planners and contributing to team development
