A skilled D365 CRM Technical candidate with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leveraging both functional knowledge and technical expertise to deliver robust CRM solutions while leading a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Consulting:
  • Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities. Ability to configure CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Technical Development:
  • Customize CRM using JavaScript, HTML, and Plugins. Design and implement Workflows, Custom Actions, and Business Rules....
