Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) professional to implement, configure, customize, and support Dynamics applications including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related Power Platform components. The ideal candidate has strong functional knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with cross-functional business teams.Your future duties and responsibilities:
Participate in full-life cycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Understand the architecture requirements to provide scalable solutions using D application and it's extended with custom application (if required) ·
Understand the business and functional requirements, work with various stakeholders to deliver the given requirements per defined coding standards ·
Take ownership of the code/design and perform code reviews for the timely completion of high quality, well designed and well written code.
Interact independently with client and onsite team for all aspects of solution and design reviews.
Collaborate with different integrated systems with CRM to support the migration activities for the existing interfaces.
Quality assurance and user acceptance test support, Involve in solution deployment in non-prod and production environments.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM).
Strong understanding of CRM modules: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Activities, etc.
Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
Ability to interpret business processes and propose CRM-based solutions.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
