Hiring: D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer
Levels: Consultant | Senior Consultant
We are looking for core hands-on developers (not functional profiles) with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform to join a high-impact technology team.
Experience
- Consultant: 3–6 years
- Senior Consultant: 6–10 years

Bangalore | Pune | Hyderabad | Delhi
Key Skills
- Dynamics 365 CE customization & configuration (Plugins, Workflows, Actions)
- Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate
- C#,. NET, Java Script/Type Script
- Integrations using Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, SSIS
- Power BI dashboards & reporting
- Agile delivery (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
Good to Have
- Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, ADF
- Power Virtual Agent, Custom Pages
- Health / Public Sector domain exposure
Interview Process
- 1st Round: Gen AI–based virtual screening
- Next 3 rounds: Internal technical & leadership discussions
