M&S Engagement Manager
- Standards and Process
- Lead the deployment of M&S process/standards/organizational changes in a given perimeter and provide support and counsel to business functions
- Define the Bonus calculation rules and ensure implementation locally
- Ensure Health and Safety standards in respected
Customer Relationship Management
- Identify customers needs and concerns and define th e pluri-annual CRM roadmap to support M&S business ambitions
- Manage deployment of all CRM modules in line with business priorities
- Identify with Stakeholder metrics to be tracked and design dashboard accordingly
- Develop the change management plan and supervise the implementation
Building a better M&S Workforce
- Detect employee’s relevant skills to help move the company ahead
- Analyze local workforce (competency, jobs,training) and identify employee needs/concerns & recommend qualitative/quantitative actions to support the business ambitions
