MS Fabric Lead

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Lead/Technical Specialist Data Engineer to design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric. You'll lead data engineering initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using Azure and MS Fabric.
2. Lead data engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop solutions.
4. Develop and maintain large-scale data systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
5. Troubleshoot data issues, optimize data workflows, and implement data governance.

Required Skills:

1. 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics) and MS Fabric.
2. Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Scala, or SQL.
3. Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance.
4. Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data security.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams
