MS Fabrics, SQL, PowerBI & Datawarehousing

Job Description:

We are looking BI developer for Data migration project from inhouse built on premise solution to Fabrics. Member will be participating as BI Developer for customer led activities along with customer BI Architect & Local BI developer.

1. Good Experience in Microsoft Fabrics, SQL, PowerBI

2. Good Knowledge in Datawarehouse Concepts

3. Ability to interact individually with customer organization for requirement gathering, process improvement & performance tuning

Overview for the activities:

• Identify the required data sources and data source tables
• Design and Setup Fabric Workspaces and Artifacts
• Build the connectivity to all datasources from MS Fabric
• Copy and study the design of the PowerBI Semantic model
• Design Security for the DW schema
• Raw data pull/ push to MS Fabric
• Implement the current on prem DW schema into MS Fabric DW
• Adapt to the Security Design
• Develop the pipelines to populate data to the on prem DW
• Implement the security in PowerBI Semantic Model
• Setup the deployment pipelines and version mgmt
• Handover the implemented solution to support team
