I’m recruiting for a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer at a well-established professional services organization in Boston. This hybrid role focuses on building automation and AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency and accuracy across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deploy automated workflows and applications
• Use Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
• Partner with business teams to identify and solve process inefficiencies
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of automation or application development experience
• Strong Microsoft Power Platform and M365 skills
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
• Interest in AI-enabled automation
