Title: MS Power Platform

Location: Hyderabad

Exp: 4-6 Years


An ambassador will perform the following tasks on daily basis –

  • Own the cases end-to-end created via MS ticketing system.
  • Engage with the customer over Teams call, live chat/ screen sharing to understand the issue and/ or to take the case to closure while maintaining the customer satisfaction as the highest priority.
  • Skillset required to perform the job –
  • Soft Skill -
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success
  • Ability to think quickly, communicate positively, work proactively, and readily embrace change
  • Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions
  • Customer service experience, preferred
