Title: MS Power Platform
Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 4-6 Years
An ambassador will perform the following tasks on daily basis –
- Own the cases end-to-end created via MS ticketing system.
- Engage with the customer over Teams call, live chat/ screen sharing to understand the issue and/ or to take the case to closure while maintaining the customer satisfaction as the highest priority.
- Skillset required to perform the job –
- Soft Skill -
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success
- Ability to think quickly, communicate positively, work proactively, and readily embrace change
- Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions
- Customer service experience, preferred
