MSAT Program Manager – Drug Product
We are supporting an international Pharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced MSAT Manager to lead client-facing technical projects and support new product introductions within a GMP aseptic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as technical lead and main customer contact for multiple drug product programs.
Manage tech transfers, including facility fit, quotation support, and timeline coordination.
Work cross-functionally with MSAT, Manufacturing, QC, QA, and Analytical teams to ensure smooth execution.
Contribute to process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory CMC documentation (IND/IMPD/MAA).
Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
Master's/PhD in a relevant life sciences field.
5+ years' pharma experience in process development, tech transfer, or project management, including aseptic processing.
