Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MSBI Developer with a strong foundation in SQL Server development and hands-on experience with SSIS. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for performance tuning and optimization, along with the ability to understand and work with existing codebases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions.
Work with Excel-based reporting and data outputs.
Optimize database performance and write efficient queries.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of developed components.
Quickly analyze and understand existing logic and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
2 to 4 years of professional experience in SQL Server development.
Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Experience with Excel-based reporting.
Solid understanding of performance tuning and query optimization.
Good debugging and unit testing practices.
Ability to learn quickly and understand legacy code.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Familiarity with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
