The role of the MSES & Productivity Engineer is responsible for maximizing plant performance and profitability with accountability on direct labor by strict application of the MSES operating principles.

  • Coach and support plant teams on MSES principles (HSE, Quality, PC&L, Production).
  • Lead direct labor cost budgeting and improvement planning.
  • Drive MSES deployment and contribute to Plant Improvement Plan.
