Deliver a competitive and symmetrical service, lead time, inventory, cost and organization targets​ Lead LAM material planning team & activities by implementing a performance driven culture based on continuous improvement and symmetrical SC (cost-cash-service)​ Cascade region Material planning the mission & objectives in line with the global & regional strategy to meet business requirements Ensure supply continuity for raw materials for all PE manufacturing sites in the region / sites assigned (BR-AR-CO) Support Raw Material Localization and Introduction of new sources and new Raw Materials in conjunction with sourcing managers Central point of contact for PE Procurement in the region - Latin America (LAM) Participate to projects aiming at creating value for the Company (Leadtime Reduction, Productivity, SMI, SMOI, SOI, Forecast Collaboration, etc) Support Global sourcing teams in sourcing portfolio management on assigned category(s) of Raw Materials when crisis (missing parts) arise S...
