Ignition is a 28-year-old Managed Service Provider (MSP). We were founded in the Bay Area, but our team has been almost completely remote for decades. We specialize in startups, small businesses, and remote teams of between 5 to 500 people. Our clients are in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and other major American cities.

Our clients have unusual technology stacks: two-thirds of our supported users are running Mac instead of PC, and three-quarters of our clients are using Google Workspace instead of Microsoft 365.
