About the Role:
Step into the exciting world of workforce management as an MSP Coordinator at NES Fircroft. Collaborate with industry leaders across Oil & Gas, Power, IT, and more, ensuring top-notch staffing operations. From managing worker orders to troubleshooting Field Glass issues, you’ll be at the forefront of creating smooth, compliant, and efficient processes that drive success.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Work Order Processing
- Manage support requests raised to the Support Team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and suppliers to process and update work orders.
- Ensure all e-tool updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Track and manage approval processes for work order creation and revisions.
- Deliver clear and timely communications to stakeholders.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding activities for new starters.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in e-tools.
Contact Centre Support
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
- Provide support on order processing and onboarding/offboarding queries.
- Facilitate invoice and technical queries by directing them to the appropriate team member.
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with an A‑Level or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in business coordination, customer service/call centers, analysis, project support, recruitment, or HR administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency (Windows, internet, email, MS Word, Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with e‑tools and basic system upkeep.
- Logical reasoning and sound judgment in decision-making.
