As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients by independently resolving technical issues for our customers, maintaining system integrity, and responding to alerts from our monitoring and security platforms. This is a highly autonomous position ideal for a self-motivated technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to grow into a cybersecurity-focused role.

Work Schedule: Mon - Friday, 8PM - 5AM PHT

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and resolve service desk tickets across Windows desktop/server, Microsoft 365, networking, and common infrastructure platforms
