Job Description
We are looking for an MSP Support Specialist (Tier 1–2)
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as first-level support for MSP clients via ticketing system.
● Troubleshoot Windows 11 end-user issues.
● Perform basic network troubleshooting (identify issues, escalate when needed)
● Manage basic Active Directory tasks:
– Create and delete users.
– Assign security groups.
● Support Microsoft / Office :
– User account management.
– Password resets.
– License assignments.
● Respond to client emails and tickets professionally and clearly.
● Document issues, resolutions, and procedures using IT Glue.
● Work within MSP tools including Kaseya VSA.
Requirements:
● Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
● Basic Active Directory administration.
● Familiarity with Microsoft / Entra ID.
