Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and execute a managed services go to market plan for assigned territory or industry verticals.
- Own the full sales cycle. Prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, close, handoff.
- Collaborate with pre sales and service delivery to define solution scope, SLAs, onboarding approach, and commercials.
- Drive renewals and expansions by identifying new service opportunities and addressing churn risks.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and weekly or monthly pipeline reporting.
Job Specification
- Working knowledge of managed services delivery constructs.
- Service desk concepts. ITIL, incident, problem, change management.
- Monitoring, patching, backup and DR, endpoint and network management.
- Cloud operations basics. AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Security operations concepts. SOC, MDR.
