MS&T Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic API Process Development & Scale‑Up Specialist  with deep expertise in technology transfer, process validation, and commercialization. If you excel in studying new molecules, generating kinetics data, and translating R&D outputs into robust plant processes, this opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in API manufacturing is for you.

Key Responsibilities – What you will be doing:

1. Involved in new product scale up, process validation and commercialization by following TAPI Technology Transfer Policy and meeting regulatory requirements.
2. Study of process of new molecules, Generation of kinetics & collection of data's based on lab scale batches & R&D/Technology transfer dept.'s Outputs etc.
3. Improvement in the yield, efficiency and cost effectiveness of developed API's by introducing new technologies and development of process.
4. Observe the R&D experiment and give suggestion to modify the process keeping plant issues.
5. Preparation of development report & technology transfer documents after pilot plant trails.
6. Adoption of new technology in scale up to make process more user and environment friendly.
7. Coordinating with Production, QA, QC, Utility & Maintenance, Raw Material Stores and R&D.
8. Process optimization & De-bottlenecking, solvent loss optimization Energy saving & cost Reduction activities.
9. Scaling up & designing of Process Equipment like Heat exchangers, Condensers Distillation Columns, Absorbers etc.
10. Preparation of process Flow Diagram, P&ID, Equipment Layout & Specification sheets of Various Equipment's.
11. Support commissioning of new equipment & Qualification documents of new equipment (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).

The ideal must have:

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) 

Experience: Minimum Five Years
