Job Description
Role profile:
Take overall accountability of the corporate/captive business, right from identification, development to closure of transactions / deal.
Ensure timely after sales support, transaction compliance, and information sharing on policy related details etc. with the customer.
Maximising the profit & revenue by achieving sales plan & meeting targets.
Meeting the target, split quarter and month wise
Maintaining relation with Insurers.
Maintaining MIS and circulating the same.
Manage self through the establishment of goal setting and review mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the function
Ensure adherence to company policy and procedure.
