Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade and institutional accounts within the health & beauty industry.Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders to expand market presence in Gurugram and beyond.Monitor and analyse sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery processes.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the retail sector.Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.The Successful Applicant
A successful MT & Institutional Sales professional should have:
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales within the retail or health & beauty industry.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.The ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
