Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive MTO Operations Executive to manage and execute Make-to-Order (MTO) operations across retail and corporate orders. The role involves close coordination with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment with high accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end MTO order processing from order confirmation to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams for order details, customisations, and timelines.
• Follow up with vendors/manufacturers for production status and delivery schedules.
• Track order status and TAT (Turnaround Time) for all MTO orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation and MIS reporting for MTO operations.
• Coordinate with QC and logistics for final checks and dispatch.
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction .
• Maintain records of custom orders, alterations, and special requirements .

Requirements

• Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations / order management / supply chain (retail, jewellery, fashion, or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets .
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
