Introduction

As a member of Principal Engineer/MTS in reliability, you will need to have basic reliability knowledge and understanding of the reliability failure mechanisms, preferably in gate oxide and/or back-end-of-line (BEOL) reliability. Semiconductor process and/or device physics knowledge is a plus.
