MuleSoft Architect (Cloud, Salesforce & ERP Integration)

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect with strong expertise in cloud-based enterprise integrations across Salesforce, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and public cloud platforms . The ideal candidate will lead API-led and event-driven integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, enabling seamless connectivity between SaaS, ERP, and on-premise systems. This role focuses on scalability, security, governance, and reusability across complex enterprise landscapes.

Experience Required

8 12 years of experience in enterprise integration, cloud architecture, and MuleSoft development.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and cloud platforms using MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise and cloud integration architecture using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Design API-led connectivity solutions integrating Salesforce clouds, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise systems.
Architect hybrid and multi-cloud integrations spanning on-premise and cloud environments.
Establish integration governance, standards, reusable APIs, and shared assets across platforms.
Design and oversee Mule 4 applications deployed on CloudHub, CloudHub 2.0, or Runtime Fabric.
Ensure non-functional requirements including performance, security, resilience, and scalability.
Collaborate with Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, and security teams to align enterprise architecture.
Drive DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines for integration platforms.
Mentor development teams and perform architecture and design reviews.

Primary Skills

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Mule 4, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio, Exchange.
API & Integration Patterns:

• API-led connectivity (System, Process, Experience APIs)
• Synchronous and asynchronous/event-driven integrations
  Deployment & Runtime: CloudHub, CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric (Kubernetes).
  Salesforce Ecosystem Integration:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), Pub/Sub API
  ERP Integrations (SAP / Oracle):
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData is plus
• Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion, REST/SOAP services
• Use of MuleSoft SAP & Oracle connectors
  Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (networking, IAM, security).
  Security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS/mTLS, API security policies.
  DevOps & Automation: Maven, Jenkins, Git, Anypoint CLI, CI/CD pipelines.

• SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI (integration awareness)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) exposure

• AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS/SNS, EventBridge)

  Container & Platform Tools:
• Docker, Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  Observability & Monitoring:
• Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, ELK, Datadog
  Identity & Access Management:
• Salesforce Identity, Okta, Azure AD

Certifications / Nice to Have

MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect .
MuleSoft Certified API Design Associate .
Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer .
SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI certification good to have.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification good to have.
Cloud Architect certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Secondary Skills

Strong experience integrating large-scale ERP and legacy systems.
Knowledge of data synchronization, master data, and batch processing patterns.
Experience in AMS, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Experience working in global, multi-vendor enterprise environments.
