Job Description

We need a creative and strategic social media pro to manage presence, content, and engagement across 5+ brands on key platforms. Goal: build awareness, drive traffic/leads, and create cross-brand synergies while keeping each identity distinct.
Scope of Work:
Develop platform-specific content calendars and posting schedules (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest).
Create/curate engaging organic content (posts, Reels, Stories, carousels) + repurpose across brands.
Manage community: respond to comments/DMs, run polls/contests, build loyalty.
Run paid social campaigns for amplification and lead capture (Meta, TikTok ads with lead forms).
Track performance (engagement, reach, clicks, leads) via platform insights + GA4; provide monthly reports.
Coordinate cross-promotions and shared UGC/themes for efficiency.
