Job Summary: 


V2X is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to oversee a multi-disciplinary team supporting the Training Center Instrumentation System (JRMC) and its associated networks and frequency spectrum. This leadership role involves managing the full lifecycle of engineering programs—from proposal and design through implementation, testing, sustainment, and modernization—ensuring alignment with local NTC IS and Department of Defense (DoD) objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 engineers and technical staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality system solutions and career development.

  • Oversee engineering execution for NTC IS and training networks, including RF systems, system/network administration, and system integration.
