You will be the Multi Functional Mfg Planner Mgr for the Production Planning & Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise, on‑time manufacturing support for Missiles and Fire Control programs.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Multi Functional Mfg Planner Mgr you will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end planning and control function, ensuring material flow, schedule integrity, and team performance.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead the Production Planning and Control function for Missiles and Fire Control.

  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and traffic operations to guarantee timely material movement.

  • Direct production control activities, aligning schedules with demand and capacity.

  • Manage and develop a diverse team of leaders, exempt staff, and hourly employees.

  • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.

    MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

    • Experience working with represented/union employees
    • Greenbelt certified or equivalent
    • Bachelor's degree from accredited college
