Multi-omics, image analysis, genetic analysis, flow cytometry, mass spectrometry, molecular structure analysis, and their integrated reporting functionality Application Scientist

LifeAnalytics is hiring independent contractors to test and validate IAS , our cloud-based integrated analytics platform. You will evaluate workflows and integrated reporting across:

• Multi-layer / multi-omics integration
• Image analysis
• Genetic / genomic analysis
• Mass spectrometry (MS) analysis
• Molecular structure analysis
• Cross-modality integrated reporting

Scope

• Execute end-to-end test scenarios and validate integrated reports
• Verify correctness, consistency, and reproducibility
• Report bugs clearly (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual, evidence/logs)
• Provide expert-user feedback to improve product quality

Requirements (Must-have)

• Hands-on experience with multi-omics integration AND imaging, genomics, mass spectrometry, and molecular structure analysis
• Ability to evaluate scientific/analytical outputs and communicate issues clearly
• Bilingual: Japanese AND English are required (writing + participating in discussions/meetings)
• Weekend online meeting attendance is required
• NDA required
• Test data : LifeAnalytics will provide datasets, and applicants must also prepare/provide their own datasets for validation

Compensation
