The Role

Sofina Foods is seeking an experienced People & Culture Leader to guide the people agenda across four of Sofina’s leading sites. As a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver the HR plan, ensuring our people, culture, and processes align to support high-performing operations.

This role requires a committed, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be highly visible across all four locations, proactively connecting with teams to build trust, foster engagement, and support operational success. Your expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development will be critical in ensuring we have the right people and capabilities to deliver.
