To provide relief duties in an efficient and effective manner for all Team Leader and Administrator functions to ensure smooth running of functional areas

Are you someone who can

  • Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the performance standards.
  • Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service.
  • Ensure customer's needs and expectations are understood and solutions provided.
  • Deal with customer complaints, relating to collection activities and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Maximize cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Comply with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules.
  • Enhance the service delivery across all functional areas within the branch of First National Bank of Lesotho Limited by being utilized in every unit within the branch where deemed necessary.
