The successful candidate will work across commercial and residential properties, carrying out a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance duties across commercial and residential buildings
Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and general repair tasks
Complete minor decorating and painting works
Repair and install fixtures and fittings such as furniture, shelves, and window restrictors
