This is a mobile role offering a varied workload, with travel between sites to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and general building services tasks.

You’ll take responsibility for a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment performs efficiently and in line with agreed standards. The role also involves basic fabric and HVAC maintenance, contractor supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team, you’ll represent the company professionally, uphold high service standards, and help drive continuous improvement across all sites.
