The Role
Reactive and planned maintenance within luxury residential apartments
Fault finding and repair across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and building services systems
Working as part of a resident-facing engineering team
Reducing reliance on external contractors through strong fault diagnosis and repair
Supporting plant rooms and common areas where required
Liaising with specialist subcontractors when escalation is necess...
