Multi Skilled Production Engineer — Trafford Park, Manchester — 3 Shift Pattern
Scantec are recruiting for a proactive Maintenance Engineer who can maximise production efficiency through effective inspection, maintenance and rapid resolution of equipment issues. You'll play a key role in preventing unplanned downtime, maintaining factory services, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
Alongside hands-on engineering work, you'll support and coach production teams, helping to improve equipment understanding, reliability and overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively support all health, safety and quality initiatives across the site
- Communicate effectively with management, production and maintenance teams across all shifts
- Develop and support predictive and planned maintenance systems for production equipment
- Maintain safe, reliable and cost-effective factory utilities
