Leonardo are looking to employ a Support Engineer to work within the Customer Support and Service Solutions (CS3) line of business as part of a multi-skilled Field Service Representative (FSR) team contractually located at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire, England. The role will provide direct support to the UK Typhoon Force at RAF Coningsby with temporary working in the UK and overseas required to support Leonardo’s wider business needs.

You will support the UK’s fleet of Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft by:

  • Being a Captor Radar and Praetorian DASS focal point for customers
  • Understanding and managing operational priorities
  • Ensuring, whenever possible, assets are kept ‘on wing’ to reduce the number of No Fault Founds (NFFs)
  • Maintaining good working relationships with:
  • The UK MoD
  • BAE Systems
  • Other companies/agencies as required
