Location: Spennymoor, Durham

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £33,354.00 per annum OTE circa £37,000 per annum (including standby payments).

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within our Spennymoor maintenance team. 

As a multi skilled Joiner you will be responsible for undertaking all joinery repairs and associated multi skilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard whilst delivering an excellent customer service.
