Responsibilities:
You will have overall responsibility for availability and operational effectiveness of all production and site services equipment, conducting reactive and proactive maintenance.You will Schedule planned maintenance tasks and complete as planned, always keeping plant and infrastructure in good working order.You will improve site operational effectiveness and downtime reduction by implementing agreed improvement plans in line with KPI’s.You will work as a team on technical best practice and establish related policies and procedures.You will Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by highlighting and updating changes to training, working practices and procedures.You will promote the use and development of route cause analysis and condition-based monitoring methodologies.You will communicate well...
