About the Role

As a Multi‑Skilled Operator, you’ll be hands‑on across a variety of machines and tasks—supporting earthworks, site prep, road construction, and more. This role is ideal for someone adaptable, experienced, and ready to jump on whatever machine the job calls for.

Machine Types

  • Excavators
  • Loaders
  • Graders
  • Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
  • Rollers / Compactors
  • Water Carts (You don’t need to operate them all, but experience across multiple is essential)
