Multi Skilled/Joiner

WPS are looking for a skilled and reliable Joiner / Multi-Trade Operative to join our responsive maintenance team working across social housing properties in the Skelmersdale area.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties
• Deliver high-quality maintenance works in line with health and safety standards
• Respond to urgent repair requests and complete scheduled tasks efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet service targets

👷 Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or relevant trade
• Proven experience in responsive maintenance within social housing
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work across multiple trades (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering)
