Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Air Conditioning Electrical and Plumbing systems
• Diagnose and repair faults in split ACs window ACs and basic HVAC systems
• Conduct electrical maintenance including wiring DBs switches sockets lighting and basic control panels
• Execute plumbing repairs involving leaks pipelines sanitary fittings valves and fixtures
• Adhere to safety standards and site-specific procedures during all tasks
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
• Maintain tools equipment and accurate job records
• Coordinate with supervisors and provide daily updates on work progress

Requirements

• Minimum 24 years of hands‑on experience as a Multi Technician in AC Electrical and Plumbing maintenance
