Multi Technician

Description

We are looking for the multi Tasking Technicians. 

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across multiple systems
• Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with team members to address maintenance challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs and inspections
• Identify and report potential hazards in the workplace

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technician in maintenance or similar role
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
