Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Crawley paying £21.40 per hour CIS. A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
Carpenter Duties:
Carry out carry out a range of Carpentry, basic plumbing, decorating and patch plastering repairs as well as associated works within social housing properties.The Successful Carpenter will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
Hold a relevant trade qualificationPay Rate:
Temp - £21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella)
Hours:
42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am - 17:00pm with an half hour breakYou will be supplied with:
A van
Fuel card
PDA System
