Multi-Trade Engineer/ Builder

Location: North London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and the North of Kent

Multi-skilled Engineer/Carpenter/builder required for small project work within the commercial, retail and entertainment sector.

Responsibilities:

As a Multi -skilled engineer you will be expected to work as part of a team and at times on you own carrying out small refurbishment works to commercial, retail and entertainment buildings within North London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and the North of Kent.

Duration of each job ranges from one day on each site to working on the same site for up to two weeks.

Work across various trades including carpentry, basic plumbing, decorating, roofing and general building works.

Work to and with current health and safety regulation.

Update project team on daily progress.

Arranging, collecting materials for jobs.

Communicating with others and working as a team.
