Due to continued growth and the ongoing success of their void property contract, we are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join their team.
The Role
Working on a dedicated voids contract for a Housing Association, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and refurbishment works to bring empty properties back to a lettable standard within agreed timescales.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong all-round skillset and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent service
