Multi Trade Operative Required – Gloucester/ Cheltenham


Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in the Gloucester/ Cheltenhamareas to work with a busy and reputable contractor on a new reactive maintenance contract on social housing properties in the Gloucester and Cheltenham areas. 


This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34,320 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays and a pay day every 2 weeks. 

Multi Trade OperativeDay to Day:

  • All aspects of multi trade work on social housing properties

  • Completing a variety of works in various trades

  • Disrepair and maintenance duties

  • Carpentry, masonry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.

  • Dealing with customers and making them feel at ease

  • Driving a company van safely

  • Reporting to your supervisor
