At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join their team on a 12 week temp to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be working on their Social Housing Repairs contracts in planned and reactive maintenance to void and tenanted properties. You will mainly working in the Knowsley contracts but will occasionally be working on the Salford contracts. They are looking for a candidate with experience working on wet rooms, bathrooms and kitchens.

Duties of the successful Multi Skilled Operative will include:

Liaising with clients and tenants ensuring appointments and repairs are completed to a high standard. Using their skillset to work effectively in a team to carry out general home maintenance repairs to void & tenanted properties.
