FM Serv Ltd is a leading provider of mobile technical services and facilities management solutions based in Warwickshire and serving clients across the UK. Established in 2018 we provide a ‘one stop shop’ for all commercial and residential property development and reactive maintenance.
FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works.
Due to continual year on year growth, as of 2025 we employ over 75 employees across the UK and are expanding.
